Customers in the USA should use Amazon.com to purchase Paperdry products.
Due to Brexit, customers in the EU should purchase through their local Amazon marketplaces. You are likely to incur local taxes if you order through this site. For customers in the Republic of Ireland the best option is to use Amazon.fr or Amazon.de to make an order. We are working on a new site for our European customers.
When can I expect my purchase?
For UK orders, we always use 1st class post or express delivery services. Please expect UK delivery in 1-3 working days. For international orders, we use airmail for the quickest delivery times.
I’ve got an issue.
We’re proud of our products, and hope that you’ll be more than satisfied with them. We’re also proud of our customer service, so if you’re unhappy with the product you’ve received, get in touch and we’ll try to improve your experience as quickly as possible.
I’d like to return my product.
If you’d like to return your product for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days of the date you received it, and we’ll process you a full refund.
My product is faulty.
If your product develops a fault within 18 months of you receiving it, send it to us and we’ll send you a new one. We’ll cover the cost of your postage: the bottom line is that you won’t be out of pocket if there’s something wrong with the product.
